| During the Pubic Comment period from December 1,
2003 to February 29, 2004, over 900 people downloaded the Guide.
More than 70 people submitted comments totaling over 1100 entries.
The comments received were broad ranging and constructive, ranging
from probing critiques to enthusiastic endorsement. The Steering
Committee has worked diligently to address the comments yielding
a markedly improved 2.0 Pilot.
